New Work by Julia Loopstra Julia Loopstra is a painter, illustrator, cartoonist, baker, wife, cat owner, picture framer, and collector of exquisite knickknacks. Originally from Santa Rosa, CA, she attended California College of the arts where she graduated with a BFA in illustration in 2017. When she graduated, she found a comfortable niche writing and drawing weekly webcomics, the longest running being her series Vampire Boyfriend which can still be found on Webtoons. Though
